  • Daily morning 5 badam (almonds) and 2/3 apricot seeds (which is inside the kernel) kept soaked in water overnight shall be taken raw by munching daily morning before food.
  • Every day seeds of the following fruits shall be taken - approximately 15 grams intake divided into three parts in the morning, mid-day and evening. The seeds can be single or combinations of apple seeds, apricot kernel, cherry kernel, Flax seeds, peach kernel, plum kernel, pear seeds, grape seeds, and lemon seeds. This is a must every day. Grind the seeds or the pulp inside the kernel and mix it with some tasteful fruit or vegetable salad and eat.
