Maize - 1/4kg.
Jawar - 1/4 Kgs
Red Rice - 1/4 kg
Ground nuts - 1/4 jkg/
soya beans - 1/4kg
Saboodaan - 1/4kg
Sonth, Ajwain wt.1gm both
All the above items should be fried and powdered can
be preserved in air tight container. How to make: According
to the consistency required mix the powder in plain
water (ensure that the powder is dissolved completely).
Add required quantity of sugar and boil the solution
in low flame stirring non-stop to prevent clogging.
After it is boiled take out mix required quantity of
boiled milk (can be taken even without milk)
